欢迎您使用《KT Studio》！本同人游戏基于《崩坏：星穹铁道》创作，旨在为爱好者提供交流分享平台，且不以商业盈利为目的。请您仔细阅读以下协议条款，使用本游戏即表示您接受并同意遵守本协议。若您不同意本协议内容，请不要使用《KT Studio》。
一、《KT Studio》知识产权声明
原游戏知识产权：《崩坏：星穹铁道》及其所有相关元素，包括但不限于角色、剧情、世界观、美术设计、音乐等，其知识产权归米哈游科技（上海）有限公司及其关联公司（以下统称 “米哈游”）所有。《KT Studio》创作仅基于爱好者对原游戏的喜爱，未获米哈游商业授权。
同人游戏知识产权：《KT Studio》的原创部分，包括但不限于独特的玩法设计、新增角色（若有）、原创剧情支线（若有）等，知识产权归本同人游戏开发者所有。但在使用过程中，不得与原游戏知识产权产生混淆或侵犯原游戏权益。
二、《KT Studio》用户使用规则
游戏使用限制：您仅可将《KT Studio》用于个人非商业用途，不得对游戏进行复制、传播、出售、出租、再许可、反向工程、反向编译或以其他方式试图获取游戏源代码等行为。
遵守法律法规：在使用《KT Studio》过程中，您必须遵守所有适用的法律法规，不得利用游戏进行任何违法活动，包括但不限于传播淫秽、暴力、恐怖、歧视性内容，或进行网络诈骗、侵犯他人隐私等行为。

七、协议变更与解释
协议变更：开发者有权根据法律法规变化、游戏运营需要等情况，对本协议进行修改和更新。修改后的协议将在《KT Studio》内显著位置或官方渠道公布，您继续使用游戏即视为接受修改后的协议。
协议解释：本协议的解释权归《KT Studio》开发者所有。如双方在协议履行过程中发生争议，应首先通过友好协商解决；协商不成的，可向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

User Agreement for "KT Studio", a Fan-made Game of "Honkai: Star Rail"
Welcome to "KT Studio"! This fan-made game, based on "Honkai: Star Rail", serves as a non-commercial platform for enthusiasts. By using it, you agree to this agreement. If not, don't use "KT Studio".
I. Intellectual Property Rights of "KT Studio"
Original Game IP: All elements of "Honkai: Star Rail" are owned by miHoYo. "KT Studio" is fan-created without miHoYo's commercial authorization.
Fan-game IP: The original parts of "KT Studio" belong to its developers, but must not infringe on the original game's IP.
II. User Usage Rules for "KT Studio"
Usage Limit: Use "KT Studio" only for non-commercial personal purposes. No replication, distribution, etc. of the game.
Legal Compliance: Comply with all laws. No illegal activities like spreading harmful content or fraud.
Respect IP: No commercial derivative works from "KT Studio". Don't infringe miHoYo's or others' IP.
No Cheating: No use of cheats or tools disrupting the game. Violators may be restricted.
III. User Conduct in "KT Studio"

VII. Agreement Amendments and Interpretations
Amendments: Developer can modify the agreement. New version will be announced. Continued use means acceptance.
